• This is an invitation to market dialogue. This is not a pre-announcement, a request for tenders, a procurement notice or an invitation to a negotiation procedure, and the publication of the announcement does not start a bidding process. A possible procurement notice and request for tender will be published later. The request for information does not oblige the procurement unit to carry out the actual procurement. This request for information is used to map the market and obtain information about the purchase when planning the purchase of licenses for the City of Helsinki's Informatica ETL tool and maintenance. The centralized reporting system of the city of Helsinki uses Informatica Power Center, which will change to a cloud-based solution by 2031. For this reason, the city of Helsinki has decided to introduce the so-called hybrid cloud version. This purchase does not include the work and routines performed by Informatica, which are part of the central data warehouse master contract, nor the problems caused by something other than the product features.
