This notification is not a prior notice, a call for tenders, a contract notice or an invitation to the negotiating procedure, and the publication of the notification will not begin a tender. The City of Helsinki is preparing for a procurement of burglary systems that enables the city in central administration, industries andCompanies in the company to acquire components and maintenance services for the fractional expression systems of the premises. A burglary system refers to a solution that consists of burglary systems and related design, installation, demolition, maintenance and maintenanceas well as use training tasks. Before starting a tendering, the City of Helsinki wants to hear market players in market dialogue. Market dialogue is not part of tendering. The information obtained in the market dialogue can be used internally to prepare the tendering of the city.The time and procurement procedure will be decided after the dialogue. According to the preliminary plan, the procurement would be carried out by an open procedure and the contract notice would be published in late 2025. We invite all interested market operators to be involved in dialogue.The dialogue will be made in writing so that the participants in the dialogue are responsible for the questions in Annex 1 and download the criteria for the purchase item by 9.6.2025 at 5 pm.Match ...
