This notification is not a prior notice, a call for tenders, a contract notice or an invitation to the negotiating procedure, and the publication of the notification will not begin a tender. The City of Helsinki is preparing a procurement related to camera surveillance systems that enables the city in central administration, in industriesAnd for those operating in the company, the components and maintenance services of the camera surveillance systems and systems for the office space facilities. A camera surveillance system refers to a solution that consists of camera surveillance systems and related design, installation, demolition, maintenanceand maintenance and use training tasks. Before starting a tendering, the City of Helsinki wants to hear market players in market dialogue. Market dialogue is not part of tendering. Information obtained in the market dialogue may be used internally in the citypreparation. The time and procurement procedure will be decided after the dialogue. According to the preliminary plan, the procurement would be made through an open procedure and the contract notice would be published in late 2025. We invite all interested market players to be involved in dialogue.The dialogue will be made in writing so that those participating in the dialogue respond to the questions in Annex 1 and download the criteria for the purchase of the purchase by 9.6.2025 by 5 pm.n...
