The Laensi-Uusimaa welfare region is surveying suppliers' interest in tendering for the procurement of a case management and decision-making system.
Acquisitionthe target is a case management and decision-making system as a SaaS service. The case management and decision-making system here refers to an entity that includes the following functionalities and sub-areas: case management, document management, preparation and management of office holder decisions, meeting materialspreparation and management of contracts, contract management and information management. The solution can also include workflow management, search services, reporting, contact register, electronic transactions and electronic forms, electronic meetings and publication of meeting materials and decisions. In addition, the solution can from withinae electronic signature service, which can be used to sign e.g. office holder decisions and agreements.
Interest in the acquisition and answers to the preliminary questions presented in the request for information are requested to be given by e-mail by 19.2.2024 at 12 noon to the address sakkurta@luvn.fi. We arewe will contact all those who expressed their interest.
