THIS IS NOT AN ADVANCE NOTICE, PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR REQUEST FOR OFFERS, BUT AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE START OF A MARKET DIALOGUE AS PART OF PROCUREMENT PLANNING.
Tenders for the sites will be implemented as separate purchases. It is a preliminary market dialogue, the goal of which is to get information about the possible spaces on the market and the interest of operators in participating in future tenders.

• Housing unit for the elderly, Espoo approximately 120 180 customer places
• The elderly housing unit, Kirkkonummi about 60 120 customer places
• Housing unit of mental health and substance abuse services, Lohja, Vihti, Kirkkonummi, Espoo or Raasepori - about 40 60 client places
Object of acquisition:
• Premises for rent can be new properties, properties to be renovated or existing ones ready premises.
