• This is not a procurement notice or a request for bids, but a notice of future procurement to shorten deadlines and a request for information for companies operating in the market. At this stage, no preparation is requested and no offers are submitted. The Food Agency is initiated the preparation of the tender for the procurement of printing, identification and delivery of hygiene passports. The procurement is planned to be tendered in the spring of 2026. At the end of the announcement there is a link through which more information can be found about the operating model related to hygiene passports. The market survey is performed as an information request. With the market survey and the market dialogue that starts with it, questions related to procurement bidding and contracts are clarified, so that the procurement can implement in the most expedient manner possible. Participation in a request for information or a market dialogue is not a prerequisite for participating in a possible tender that will be held later. The information provided in this announcement is preliminary and not bind the Food Agency as the procurement entity in any aspect regarding the implementation of the procurement.
