This is not a contract notice or a request for tenders, but a request for information and inviting a market dialog. The market dialogue is organized in cooperation with 8 cities. which can calculate, evaluate and compare the climate impact of land use plans at the town plan level. The aim is to introduce a solution that is suitable for the context of land use and construction in Finland and the assessment of land use plans for town planning levels. The solution assessment method will Take into account the entire life cycle of land use plans to be evaluated, including the climate impact of the project before, during and after use. The solution must be able to utilize city -specific parameters and material. Climate impact, taking into account the climate impact of non -buildings, such as the climate impact of traffic or energy consumption generated by the project. The delimitation should take into account the carbon neutral built area of the Finnish Green Building Council Definition.The units discussed in the market shift call are further described in Annex 1 "Pre -Question Question Questions".
