The background of the procurement
The City of Helsinki City Environment (hereinafter referred to as the subscriber) is preparing for the acquisition of a traffic snapshot service. The aim of the snapshot service is to implement an information system that provides up -to -date traffic snapshot and real -time informationThe prevailing traffic situation and contributes to the performance of traffic control measures on the basis of the traffic situation.
