The background of the procurement
The City of Helsinki City Environment The Transport and Street Design Service is preparing for the acquisition of the traffic snapshot service. The aim of this acquisition is to introduce an information system that provides users with up -to -date traffic snapshot and real -time informationThe prevailing traffic situation and contributes to the performance of traffic control measures on the basis of the traffic situation. The basic idea of the acquisition is that the snapshot service will act as a centralized presentation for a variety of time -timefor traffic sources. This is a questionnaire/request for information on the procurement planned.
