With this announcement, a market survey is carried out, the purpose of which is to map and find out how the solution to be procured is expedient to implement and acquire. The purpose is also to map the market situation in terms of the competence needed in procurement. As a procurement unit The functioning Legal Registry Center (ORK) has started a study related to the renewal of the information system solution for summary claims, the aim of which is to define how the settlement of summary claims (summary settlement) will be implemented in the future. The object of the procurement is the summaries the case and document management solution set for the processing of credit matters. Summary debt cases (litigation cases) are uncontested cases that are decided by the district court in a written procedure. These include, for example, rent receivables, consumer loans, telephone and electricity bills, and eviction or matters concerning the restoration of control. The specifications regarding the system and the object of the acquisition are described in more detail in the documents attached to the request for information.
