This is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, but a request for information and an invitation to market dialogue.
Kanta-Haeme hospital district (from January 1, 2023 Kanta-Haeme welfare district) is acquiring word processing services. The object of the acquisition is a dictation and word processing service for patient recordsn's delivery to the municipal corporation of the Kanta-Haeme hospital district and from January 1, 2023 to the primary health care and specialized nursing care of the Kanta-Haeme welfare area. In procurement, an option is to provide a service also for social care in the welfare area. The word processing service to be acquired includesdecoding the audio recording recorded by Elija into written form.
The production of the service takes place directly in the digital voice system used by the subscriber. The service provider must produce the service every day of the week around the clock.
As part of the acquisition, the personnel transfer facility will be implementedtime to the service provider. The service provider must undertake to accept the client's dictation decoding staff in accordance with the principles of transfer of business. In this case, the employees will transfer to the new employer under the previous conditions.
