• This is not a procurement notice or a request for bids, but a notice of future procurement to shorten deadlines and a request for information for companies operating in the market. At this stage, no preparation is requested and no offers are submitted. IN GENERAL PROCUREMENT The Food Agency has started the preparation of the procurement tender for the implementation of the ancillary measures of the school distribution system. The procurement is planned to be tendered in the spring of 2026. At the end of the announcement there are links through which can be found more information about the school distribution system, related educational ancillary measures and the current implementation of "RuokaTutka". The purpose is not to acquire a completely new look or overall concept. To be acquired the whole must form a seamless whole with the existing RuokaTutka campaign, which can be used during the school years and possibly also after. The goal of the entire school distribution system is for children and young people to be healthy helping eating habits and promoting milk, milk products and vegetables, fruits and berries. Additional educational measures have also been implemented to support distribution and to promote sales. RuokaTutka campaign games, digital learning environments, webinars, RuokaTutkan, among others, have been implemented with it ambassador classes and collaboration with influencers.
