- THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT, NOR A REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. North Karelia's procurement operation is preparing the purchase of air conditioning equipment for use in the early childhood education daycare center in the city of Joensuu. There are a total of nine daycare centers and they are located in the Joensuu area: Rantakyla (2 pcs), Soutajanpuisto, Hukanhauta, Niinivaara, Linnunlahti, Sinkkola, Penttila, Karsikko and Reijola. The air conditioners will be movable (with the help of wheels) and suitable for cooling spaces of about 30 m2. The device must have a touch panel. An exhaust air pipe, a remote control and a window installation kit are included belong to the device. The devices should be delivered and installed during April 2026. In the "Procurement object criteria" section of the request for information, questions are asked for which answers are hoped for. All other possible comments, observations, etc. regarding the purchase are also welcome.
