- ATTENTION! This is not a request for tender, a procurement notice or a preliminary notice, but a request for information and a notice to start a market dialogue as part of procurement planning. The city of Espoo has started the preparation for the procurement of Tilausaije and is inviting suppliers to participate in the market dialogue. Initially, the object of the procurement is charter driving services performed by M2 and M3 class buses (e.g. excursion, swimming hall and escape school transports), which can be directed anywhere in mainland Finland. The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the market situation regarding the aforementioned acquisition. The city of Espoo wants to hear the thoughts of potential suppliers on the execution of the tender and the preparation of the request for tender. To the market dialogue those who registered will be discussed and/or tender documents will be sent to them for comment. Discussions will be held with those who have registered and/or tender documents will be sent to them for preliminary comments in April-May 2026. We ask journalists interested in participating in the market dialogue to register in writing by 12:00 on March 16, 2026 to the address riina.tykkylainen@espoo.fi.
