• Description:
• Helsinki Employment Service plans to pilot new ways of organizing integration training. The plans presented in this market dialogue are in the draft stage, so there may still be changes to them, e.g. with market dialogue. Acquisition is designed to consist of two parts of the procurement. The number of customers for procurement sub-area 1 is estimated to be 400-500, possibly divided between two service providers. The number of customers in sub-area 2 is estimated to be 60 customers for one service provider. Both for the procurement sub-area, customer guidance will start at the beginning of 2027 at the latest. Guidance for the service can still be continued if necessary in autumn 2027 and spring 2028. The purpose is to compare with the current integration training in the capital region guided results of customers and customers referred to pilots. The aim is to examine the effectiveness of e.g. regarding further paths. The answers and comments given to the market dialogue can also be reviewed by the researchers of the State Audit Office with, but no information about the defendant or the organization represented by the defendant is forwarded to them.
