- ATTENTION! This is not a request for tender, a procurement notice or a preliminary notice, but a request for information and a notice to start a market dialogue as part of procurement planning. The city of Espoo has launched the Procurement of Communication and Marketing Services 2026 preparation and invites service providers to participate in the market dialogue. The procurement is divided into two areas: 1. Communication services 2. Advertising agency services planning, implementation and monitoring, campaign management, graphic design and layout services. We are looking for service providers who complement our communication with their expertise: react nimbly to the changing media field, bring creative views and solutions, master planning and know how to demonstrate the results of their work. The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the market situation regarding the aforementioned acquisition.
