ATTENTION! This is not a request for tender, a procurement notice or a preliminary notice, but a request for information and a notice to start a market dialogue as part of procurement planning. The city of Espoo has started preparations for the procurement of four-wheel steered wheel loaders and their rental services and invites suppliers to participate in a written market dialogue. Tentatively, the procurement targets are: Purchase of four-wheel steered wheel loaders in sub-area 1 Rental services of four-wheel steered wheel loaders in sub-area 2 The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the aforementioned procurement the relevant market situation. The city of Espoo wants to hear the thoughts of potential suppliers about the execution of the tender and the preparation of the request for tenders. Those who have registered for the market dialogue will be sent tender documents for comment. Written material will be sent to be introduced to those registered initially in January-February 2026. We ask journalists interested in participating in the market dialogue to register in writing by 12:00 on 18 November 2025 to the address riina.tykkylainen@espoo.fi. In addition, we ask you to tell us when registering, which part of the procurement you are basically interested in bidding for. The market dialogue and the information provided in it do not bind any of the participating parties, nor is it a prerequisite for participating in the actual tender later on.
