• ATTENTION! This is not a request for tender, a procurement notice or a preliminary notice, but a request for information and a notice to start a market dialogue as part of procurement planning.
  The city of Espoo has started preparations for the procurement of four-wheel steered wheel loaders and their rental services and invites suppliers to participate in a written market dialogue.
  Tentatively, the acquisition targets are:
  In subdivision 1, the purchase of four-wheel steered wheel loaders
  Rental services of four-wheel steered wheel loaders in subdivision 2
  The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the above-mentioned purchase the relevant market situation. The city of Espoo wants to hear the thoughts of potential suppliers about the implementation of the tender and the preparation of the request for tender.
  Request for tender documents will be sent to those who have registered for the market dialogue for comment. Written material will be sent tentatively available to registered users in January-February 2026.
  We are asking suppliers who are interested in participating in the market dialogue to register in writing by 12:00 on 18 November 2025 to the address riina.tykkylainen@espoo.fi. We also ask you to tell us about the registration in connection with, which part of the procurement you are primarily interested in bidding for.
