• The city of Vantaa is organizing a tender for the procurement of the printing and distribution of the Vantaa residents' newspaper. The residents' newspaper is an official bulletin published by the city of Vantaa, which should reach all households. The magazine is produced with the content of the city in communication. The competition includes printing and distribution, but new production models are also considered before the competition starts. The current paper size is a cropped tabloid. It would be important for the residents' magazine to stand out, e.g. Vantaa Sanomati as well as from other newspapers. This is not a preliminary announcement, a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but an invitation to a market dialogue. The market dialogue is carried out as part of procurement planning. The purpose of the request for information is: 1. Use written dialogue for those willing with potential companies offering the printing and distribution of Vantaa residents' newspaper2. Invite willing operators to oral market dialogues. Preliminary questions for the request for information are in appendix 1 of the request for information. We ask that you answer as many as possible in appendix 1 to the question and to return the answer by 11:00 on February 13, 2026. The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the market situation regarding the service to be procured and to review the answers to preliminary questions.
