• The city of Vantaa organizes a tender for the procurement of the printing and distribution of the Vantaa residents' newspaper. Asukaslehti is an official bulletin published by the city of Vantaa, which should reach all households. The magazine is produced with the content of the city in communication. The competition includes printing and distribution, but new production models are also considered before the competition starts. The current paper size is a cropped tabloid. It would be important for the residents' magazine to stand out, e.g. Vantaa Sanomati as well as from other magazines. This is not a pre-announcement, procurement notice or request for tender, but an invitation to market dialogue. The market dialogue is carried out as part of procurement planning. The purpose of the information request is: 1. Have a written dialogue with those willing with potential companies offering the printing and distribution of Vantaa residents' newspaper 2. Invite willing actors to oral market dialogues. The preliminary questions of the request for information are in Appendix 1 of the request for information. Please answer as many as possible appendix 1 to the question and to return the answer by 13 February 2026 at 11:00. The purpose of the market dialogue is to survey the market situation regarding the service to be procured and to review the answers to preliminary questions.
