- The background of the request for information and the city of purpose, the city environment ("Kymp" or "subscriber") is preparing a tender for the organization of Pihlajasaari water bus service. Kymp gathers information about market players and the solutions they offer and publishes this purposefor now a prior notice / request ("pre -notice"). The prior notice is not a contract notice or a request for tenders, but an invitation to market dialogue and information request. Purchase notice and invitation to tenderwill be published later separately. Nor does the prior notice oblige the contracting entity to carry out the acquisition. Response to the prior notification is not a prerequisite for participating in the subsequent tender and no response to prior notification or participation in the market dialogCompensation.Theymp will, at its discretion, take advantage of the information obtained in the market dialogue in the pre-notice in the preparation of procurement documents.
