• THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. The North Karelia procurement department is preparing the procurement of the administrative and financial audit service for Kontiolahti municipality and Kontiolahti municipality's subsidiaries in accordance with the Municipal Act (410/2015) for the audit service according to the Auditing Act (1141/2015) for the contract period from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2030 and as an option for one (1) year + one (1) year. The procurement concerns the fiscal years 2026-2029 and, as an option, the fiscal years 2030 and 2031. The offer is also requested regarding the duties of the secretary of the inspection board for Kontiolahti municipality (parent).
