- The purpose of this request for information is to clarify questions and cost estimates related to the calculation and reporting of the cost-optimal levels of the minimum requirements for new and renovation construction regarding energy efficiency. The goal of the information request is to obtain a comprehensive cost-optimality calculation and reporting information so that a possible tender can be carried out in the most expedient manner possible.
For reporting to the European Commission, the Ministry of the Environment acquires the cost-optimized minimum energy efficiency requirements for new and renovation construction calculation of levels and the writing of the aforementioned report.
The working language of the procurement is Finnish and the report to be produced is written in Finnish.
As an option in the purchase is thought to be a review of the cost-optimal levels of the minimum requirements of the draft regulations being prepared in the ministry.
The notification according to the revised EPBD directive must be made no later than June 30, 2028. Based on the notifications it receives, the Commission publishes a report on the progress of all Member States in achieving cost-optimal levels of minimum energy efficiency requirements.
