This is not a contract notice or a request for tenders, but a request for information to potential service providers. The welfare area of Southwest Finland is planning a competitive bidding system. The planned start date of the contract will be in early 2026. The purpose of the information request is to obtain more information for the futurePotential tenderers for preparation of a tender for tenders. The acquisition is the overall decision of the case management as a SaaS service. The following functionality is desired from the solution: -In information control; -The and document management; -Developing the decisions of the official, signingand service; -Conference management: institutions, producing and distributing the meeting material; -Electric meeting; -Publication of decisions and meeting materials on the Internet and Intra; -Electricity forms; - contact information and trustees; -Ton -sided search functions andreporting properties; Documentary templates (eg letter, memo, statements, etc.); -integration opportunities for other systems, such as electronic archive and electronic signature service.
