• HUS Group (hereinafter HUS) is preparing a tender for cleaning tools and accessories (excluding cleaning machines and cleaning agents). With this announcement, we are looking for suppliers/companies in the market whose selections include the above products. INSTRUCTIONS RESPONSE TO INFORMATION REQUESTS If your selection includes the products mentioned above and you are interested in participating in the market dialogue, please send a message to the address narbiletus.tiimi@hus.fi with the title "HUS 443-2025 CLEANING EQUIPMENT INFORMATION REQUEST". We ask bidders to respond to the request for information with a free-form message. In the message, we ask you to provide a rough level of your company's product range. We also ask you to provide information about any changes/innovations in the delivery range since the previous after the competition (2021). We also ask you to attach product brochures or other attachments describing the products. The procurement unit is particularly interested in knowing more about new products/solutions that entered the market after 2021 and also from possible products that have been removed. RESPONSE SCHEDULE We ask for your response as described above no later than Wed 25.2.2026 MARKET DIALOGUE The procurement unit reserves the right to organize a more detailed market dialogue with those who have registered at its discretion according to, possibly even before the deadline for answers.
