The aim of this prior information notice is to find suppliers operating in this field of business, get information of the solutions available in the market, and inform our plans and requirements for the forthcoming procurement.BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE OF THE PROCUREMENTThe subject of procurement are filters/columns in pediatric ABO-incompatible heart transplants to remove blood group antibodies from the recipient's circulation during perfusion and surgery. This enables intraoperative antibody removal during heart transplantation across ABO blood groups. Therefore, preoperative plasma exchange is not required. In this treatment option ABO antibody filter can be seamlessly integrated into the perfusion system, allowing for the removal of antibodies without the need for preoperative plasma exchange. This approach eliminates the requirement for a separate dialysis catheter, simplifying the procedure for the patient.
