This is an invitation to market dialogue. This announcement is not a pre-announcement, a request for tenders, a procurement announcement or an invitation to a negotiation procedure, and the publication of the announcement does not start a tender.
The City of Helsinki is preparing a new procurement of company car maintenance leasing. The goal is the city point of view, to give up company cars owned by the city and transfer the car benefit granted as an employee benefit to the so-called maintenance leasing service.
Before launching the tender, the City of Helsinki wants to hear from market players in a market dialogue. Market dialogue is not a part competition.
According to the preliminary plan, the procurement would be done through an open procedure and the procurement announcement would be published in the spring of 2026.
We invite all interested market players to join for dialogue.
Also attached is a draft of the description of the object of procurement.
The City of Helsinki does not undertake to discuss with everyone with those registered.
