- The welfare area of Varsinais-Finland, which is a customer of 2M-IT Oy, needs a cost accounting solution, for which we do market mapping. With market mapping, we investigate the market for Cost Accounting solutions for the future planned purchase. The object of the planned acquisition is a system for determining the unit costs of deliverables of wide-ranging service production. The goal of the acquisition is to enable a producer-specific information base for service production that can be expanded and transparent in terms of its calculation targets to support productization, pricing and productivity comparison. We are interested in grouping accounting items and allocation methods for selected deliverables, and especially in the system's suitability and capabilities for large calculation target masses management. The gradual introduction of the system solution is planned to take place during 2026. Information requested in the market survey We ask you to provide the following information: - Solution description or other top-level explanation of the supplier's product. - Is it is it a ready-made solution and can it be customized? - Data input, architecture, is it easy to modify, interface description, "writing out", i.e. data access to e.g. a data pool and further to visualization. - Solution pricing model, licensing. - Support service description and pricing model. - Can it be delivered on premises or SaaS? - Reference information.
