• This is a request for information. This is not a preliminary notice, a request for tenders, a procurement notice or an invitation to a negotiation procedure, and the publication of the notice does not start a tender. and reorganizing installations in properties owned by VAV (section 1) and asking the market how the maintenance of household appliances could be organized in the coming contract period (section 2). The goal of the request for information is to get from the participants views on our plan. With the request for information, we want to survey the views of the participants on the suitability of procurement document drafts in the implementation of the procurement. The responses received to the request for information and the discussions in the market dialogues can have an impact to the content of the final procurement notice. We hope that the participants will put themselves in "VAV's shoes" when evaluating the content of the draft procurement documents.
