THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT NOTICE, NOR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR POTENTIAL BIDDERS.
The purpose is to find out if the bidders have the opportunity to offer a product that meets the requirements.
We request responses to the attached file "Annex 1 Draft Absolute Requirements" attached to this request for information.
We ask that you deliver the response file and brochures about the product by 12.00 on 1 December 2025 to tavarahankinnat@varha.fi, message title: "Response to information request device and reagents for autoimmune serological assays and allergen studies".
The request for information does not oblige the procurement unit to perform the actual procurement or to implement it as described in the request for information. The procurement unit is not obliged to take into account the answers received to the request for information when preparing the request for tender.
In connection with the answers, you are asked to indicate any trade secret information they may contain, which treated confidentially. The Act on the Publicity of the Authority's Activities (21.5.1999/621) applies to the disclosure of information and documents submitted to the authority.
