- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Dummies With this request for information, the HUS corporation (hereinafter HUS or the customer) initiates a market survey for a future purchase. The aim of this advance notice is to find suppliers operating in the field, to get information available on the market existing solutions and informs about future procurement plans and requirements. OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT The object of the procurement are artificial children's toys, both for adults and children. According to preliminary plans, the acquisition will include the following product groups. Section 1: Normal aspherical clear lenses (1-piece) Sub-area 2: Bendable and hard bulkier lenses Subarea 3: Lenses resting on the chamber angle for the aphakic eye Subarea 4: Lenses attached to the color film for aphakic to the eye Section 5: Lenses clear toric Section 6: Multi-power lenses Sub-area 7: Special lenses for myopic eyes Section 8: Special lenses for the artificial eye Section 9: Aniridia prosthetics and iris prostheses (note that no bids were received for this in the previous competition) Section 10: Capsule bag support rings Section 11: Sewable support rings and arches Subarea 12: Aspheric yellowish lenses Subarea 13: Spherical lenses Subarea 14: Toric yellowish lenses Subarea 15: Normals aspheric clear lenses (3-piece) Sub-area 16: Special lenses for the mycotic eye, to be installed in the posterior chamber Subarea 17: EDOF lenses Section 18: Children's playhouse The competition will be implemented by HUS's dynamic ...
