- This is neither a procurement notice nor a request for tender, and thus does not bind or obligate the parties to anything. The city of Hyvinkaa is preparing the acquisition of Swedish-language early childhood education services as a purchase service from August 1, 2026. The length of the contract period is planned to be four years/valid until further notice. With this request for information, we ask service providers interested in this procurement to indicate their interest in participating in the procurement. In addition, we ask service providers interested in procurement to inform us of their readiness to produce the planned service in Hyvinkaa by answering the questions below to questions. Service providers can also submit feedback regarding the purchase if they wish. The goal is to find out who is interested in the project, to ensure the transparency and fairness of the project, and to get information about the effective implementation of the project. The subscriber of the future service is the city of Hyvinkaa early childhood education service area of the educational institution (hereinafter the client). In the fall of 2025, Hyvinkaa's early childhood education will have a total of approximately 1,900 children. Of these, the share of private early childhood education is approximately 15 percent. In the fall of 2025, 26 have been placed in Swedish-language early childhood education with a purchase service agreement spatula. In recent years, the total number of children participating in early childhood education has fallen, but the participation rate of children in early childhood education has increased.
