• THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT, NOR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. North Karelia's procurement department is preparing a tender for the energy tax optimization of the Joensuu Ice Hall. 1. Purpose of the procurement The city is investigating issues related to the optimization of energy tax refunds service models for ice rink refrigeration equipment. The goal is to ensure the return of the difference between tax categories 1 and 2 to the extent that the systems meet the conditions of the Electricity Tax Act.2. Technical object / scope Ice hall refrigeration equipment or refrigeration equipment and the set of heat pumps has a nominal power of more than 0.5 MW. Scope of the system: cooling and Heat recovery systems and the electricity they consume.3. Measurement requirements Measurement must be integrated into Suomen Tekojä's systems. The measurement fills The requirements of the Electricity Tax Act for separate metering. The data must be transferable to the city, Suomen Tekojää and energy monitoring systems. The measurement is based on standardized smart meters (e.g. MID). Questions have been asked in the "Other conditions" section of the request for information regarding the upcoming call for tenders.
