The procurement model is a framework contract for one (1) supplier, which the customer will enter into orders directly from the selected supplier. The subject of procurement is motor fuels and their delivery to the customer's off-road work sites. There are several delivery points and they are located at forest sites. There are construction sites in different parts of North Savo. In most workplaces there is no street/road address, only the location of the construction sites.
