- Gasgrid Finland Oy together with its affiliates (currently, Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy and Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy, hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Contracting Authority” and “Gasgrid”) are preparing a procurement for the services to support the development of the hydrogen transmission network in Finland and in Baltic Sea area and the maintainance and development of the methane transmission network in Finland. Various services will be acquired to support the engineering and implementation of the hydrogen transmission network and for maintaining and developing the methane transmission network. Gasgrid foresees to divide the services into five main categories: 1. Engineering, procurement and construction management services for onshore and station projects (optionally offshore projects), referred to as EPCM services 2. Owner-s Engineering Services 3. Environmental permitting and surveying services 4. Services for land acquisitions and land usage planning 5. Procurement Services This Request for Information is a preliminary market consultation for preparing the procurement and for informing potential service providers of the plans and requirements of the forthcoming procurement.
