The Service Center Helsinki has an Efecte ERP system updated to the Efecte7 version in 2021. The Efecte ERP system includes service packages built according to the needs of the various units of Helsinki, such as HR and IT support services. The ERP system also maintains a variety of databases of the Helsinki organization, including access, organizational information and fixed assets.
