• INFORMATION REQUEST OBJECTIVE Sansia is preparing a dynamic procurement system (DPS) for textile maintenance services. In the future, within DPS, the intention is to tender various textile maintenance services for Sansia's owner-customers. The need for services can be either nationwide or targeting a certain geographical area. Tenders within the system are carried out as entities according to the needs of the customers, either as joint or separate procurements. DPS's internal tenders can take the form of, for example of the services/product groups below, according to the customer's needs:Textile rental services, such as- Staff work clothes- Patient textiles- Bed linen- Restaurant and kitchen textiles, such as tablecloths- Cleaning textiles- Clean room textiles- Changing mats - Hand towel services Washing services for the customer's own textiles, such as - Residential laundry (sote services) - Kilo laundry, e.g. bed linen and tablecloths - Work clothes - Clean room textiles - Carpets - Dry cleaning services. Objective of the DPS founding notice publication is in August 2026. The first possible internal competition will be held in the fall of 2026, and it will focus on the laundry services of care homes in the Kainuu welfare area (residential laundry and extra laundry, such as bed linen and tablecloths). With this request for information the industry operators in Finland and their range of services are mapped.
