Description:
This is a request for information regarding the city of Turku's planned procurement of a firefighting vehicle and initial firefighting equipment. As an option in the procurement, the equipment filling, maintenance and service service is also mapped. The purpose of the request for information is to find out matters related to the planned procurement. Information request the material obtained based on this is intended to be used in the preparation of the actual tender request. It is tentatively planned that the actual tender will be held in the spring of 2026. Content of the request for information and instructions for suppliers. 1. Availability and comments The purpose of the request for information is maps the suppliers' readiness to offer the requested products or similar ones. For each product, it is possible to leave a comment for more information. 2. Offering the whole The future tender will primarily focus on the whole, which includes all the sub-areas. We ask suppliers to indicate any possible reasons that could prevent the submission of a bid for the entire entity.3. The supplier's views and estimates We ask the suppliers to state:- Their ability to offer a complete package- Cost estimate- Their own views on providing the service, possible challenges and about risks4.
