- This is not a contract notice or a request for tenders, but a request for information / invitation to market operators to participate in market dialogue regarding the fuel purchases of the Vantaa and Kerava welfare area from distribution stations. This request for information is intended to determine the fuels on the marketSuppliers' views on planned acquisition so that the future tender can be implemented as appropriate as possible. The acquisition will be tendered according to preliminary plans in the fall of 2025.
The request of the information request does not have to make a bid, but instead respond toInformation request according to the instructions. Participation in this request for information does not bind the actor or any associated entity, and is not a prerequisite for any subsequent tender to participate. No compensation will be paid for responding to the request for information. Participation in market dialogue does not affectthe position of the tenderer in the actual tender.
