The acquisition focuses on the reagents of the 16s gene from clinical samples. The primers are designed by the customer himself. The subscriber informs the journalist about the order of the primer sequences. Reagents also include other reagents (polymerase, bumper, NTP, water) for the primers, all of which must be free from the Bacterial DNA.
