Future acquisition is subject to EU pillar assessment of the Geological Survey of Finland. The pillar assessment should be carried out in the description of the commission confirmed by the European Commissionon the basis of (see Commission decision C/2019/2882 Decision - 17 April 2019 - EN - EUR -Lex). The task is to evaluate the systems implemented by the Geological Survey of Finland and the controls, rules and procedures applied to each pillar to be evaluated (1-9) on the basis of the requirements of the EU.For GTK, the assessment includes: entities related to internal control, accounting, external inspection, procurement and data processing. We request your comments for the request for quotation. This request for information and market mapping are asked for actors in the industrycomment on the draft invitation to tender, the suitability of requirements and scoring. The answers are used only to support the planning and preparation of the procurement.
