Description:
The city environment of the City of Helsinki is in the process of preparing the harmful materials and expert services of buildings 2026-2027 (2028-2029).
The acquisition is the subject of harmful substance studies for the buildings and premises of the City of Helsinki City Environment andExpert services. The purpose of the studies is to determine which building components and technical systems of the building or premises contain harmful substances and their quantities. Studies follow the RT card "RT 103501 harmful ingredients in buildings, researcher instruction" and RT card"RT103500 harmful substances in buildings, subscriber's instructions". The material obtained through the request for information may influence how the procurement criteria are set and what the procurement procedure will be used.The information obtained will not be published as such. By answering questions from the contracting entity, potential suppliers have the opportunity to comment on the content of the procurement.
