HUS is planning the purchase of cardiac cannulae and related aids used in heart surgery. The object of procurement are aortic and arterial heart cannulae, venous and cava cannulae, cardioplegia cannulae and vents, heart cannulae suitable for ECMO use and aids for perfusion cannulae. The purpose of this request for information is to survey the suppliers on the market and to get information about the products offered on the market and of solutions. INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESPONDING TO THE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION We ask you to familiarize yourself with the attachments of this request for information and submit the answers to the questions presented in the attachments.
