- BACKGROUND This Request for Information (RFI) replaces the old RFI published on 19th April 2023. This new RFI will be published not only on the Finnish notification channel Hilma (http://www.hankintailmoitukset.fi), but also on TED which is supplement to the Official Journal of the EU (https://ted.europa.eu/fi/). For the avoidance of doubt, this notice is not intended to be taken as a call for competition, and any subsequent procurement process will be subject to a further contract notice. SUBJECT MATTER, REGISTRATION AND QUESTIONNAIRE Metropolitan Area Transport Ltd. (KLOY), Helsinki, Finland is seeking a new metro train detection system and is interested to learn about various technologies and solutions available in the market which can serve the purpose. If you have declared your interest towards the old RFI and answered questions attached to the old RFI, you don-t need to register and answer the questions again as your registration is still valid.
