Description:
The Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Pohde) is planning to acquire an ERP system at the Home Hospital. The aim of the Home Hospital ERP system is to improve and enhance the smoothness and availability of the home hospital, customer safety and quality care, working aloneemployee safety and customer and job satisfaction. With an average of about one hundred employees, an average of 1,200 customers are handled each month with about 8,500 contacts. The largest customer and employee volumes areOulu and Penalla in southern home hospital units. The well -being area is also very heterogeneous in the organization of the home hospital, which has changed densely populated populations to sparsely populated and long distances. Oulu's home hospital produces about 30 employees monthlyAbout 3,600 contacts for over 4,000 customers. On the other hand, Powa in the southern 25 people handle about 1,700 customers every month. Home hospital clients are of all ages, whose hospital -level care is carried out in their homes or in service homes.Home hospital activities are carried out as acute care, palliative and care, and as individual visits to the need for treatment.
