The City of Vantaa (later also the subscriber) is preparing for the acquisition of HR and HR management systems. The acquisition focuses on both short and long -term HR and HR management systems.The aim is to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and humanity of human resource management through digitalisation. The purpose of this request is to map the short-term human resource management and pay system solutions on the market (section 1) and long-term extensiveHR information system solutions and combinations of information system solutions (sub-area 2) that support the HR digestion of the City of Vantaa. The purpose of this request is to initially identify whether there are similar solutions on the market that would be suitable for the current and future needs of Vantaa. BridgeWith the announcement, we will ask journalists interested in this procurement to participate in the market dialogue. The purpose of the market dialogue is to get a feel for suppliers of HR and HR management systems on the market and to visitto existing solutions.
