Description:
The object of the procurement is the recruitment services of specialists, doctors and dentists, as well as the direct recruitment services of specialists for the needs of the welfare region of Central Finland to various offices.
The procurement unit requests the views of industry operators on the content and pricing of the Tarjouspalvelu.fi service in the portal.
During the contract period, the procurement unit separately issues the required number of doctors to be recruited at a certain time, as well as other more detailed requirements regarding doctors to everyone in the framework arrangement for those involved. The editors search for doctors who meet the requirements as they see fit, and present the candidates to the subscriber. The subscriber decides who will be selected and an official or employment contract is concluded with them. Operators can invoice for successful recruitment. Billing is planned based on the number of recruited doctors per month. For example, 1 completed doctor recruitment x euro/month, and 2 doctors x euro/month. An employment relationship of less than 12 months can be invoiced according to the months of the completed employment relationship. A maximum of 12 can be invoiced for an employment relationship of more than 12 months months.
