This is a request for information regarding procurement, not a pre-announcement, not a procurement notice, not a request for participation and not a request for tender. The Kanta-Häme welfare area is planning to put out a tender for a service package related to mental health and substance abuse services. An impact-based procurement is planned in cooperation with the economic company Linnan Kehitysen and the city of Hämeenlinna. The services are aimed at customers who are of legal age under the obligation to organize a well-being area. In effectiveness-based procurement, the basic idea is that the customer does not pay only for the deliverables, but for the actual results and effects. The Kanta-Häme welfare area invites service providers to an open discussion session on impact-based procurement in the service complex in question. Come and hear about plans for impact-based procurement and share your own views for the development of procurement and services.
