• This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tenders, but a request for information/market mapping, with which the city of Kaarina and the city of Lieto (later procurement units) map the market for the tendering of the capacity service. The purpose is to survey the market existing actors and collect comments from journalists. The goal is to get comprehensive information to support the implementation of the future competition. The goal of both the city of Kaarina and the city of Lieto is to compete in an open competition server capacity service due to the expiring contract. The estimated start date of the contracts is September-October 2026. Description of information request and invitation to market dialogue. The city of Kaarina and the city of Lieto organize a joint market survey for the procurement of a scalable and modern capacity service that meets certified security requirements (physical and data security): Katakri, ISO27001 or similar. Suppliers are asked to answer questions about the procurement in writing and to indicate their interest in participating in the market dialogue. The city of Kaarina and the city of Lieto produce their own basic IT services and also maintain their own servers. REGISTRATION Suppliers must answer the questions in the request for information and declare their interest in participating in the market dialogue by Friday 6 February 2026 at 12:00 in the supplier service at https://kaarina.suppoortapalvelu.fi/.
