• Description:
• The Helsinki Urban Environment Department (KYMP) is involved in the introduction of a city-wide document management solution (M-Files) as part of the development of information management in the city of Helsinki. The City Office implements the technical establishment of the M-Files system, but the branches' task is to ensure the successful implementation of the system in their own services. The city office is also responsible for the general definitions of the system and the functionality of the main system level. The city environment department is responsible for how the department services take M-Files as part of their daily operations, and need expert help, especially for implementation planning and defining operational models to be implemented. This includes, for example, the transfer of documents from existing ones behavior environments (such as from network boards and project banks), planning the utilization of metadata functionalities, modeling user rights and planning the step-by-step progress of implementation. The city of Helsinki invites market dialogue providers who have the opportunity to offer the relevant expert service to the city of Helsinki.
